ONE-TO-ONE COACHING FOR MEN

When life stops
feeling like yours.

You can keep everything going and still feel a long way from yourself. I work with men ready to understand what’s no longer working, reconnect with what matters and move forward differently.

A place to begin

SOMETHING IS ASKING FOR YOUR ATTENTION

Life carries on.
Something in you doesn’t.

Perhaps there’s an obvious turning point: a relationship ending, recovery, a change in work or becoming a father. Perhaps nothing has happened that you can easily explain.

You’re doing what needs doing. But underneath the responsibilities and familiar routines, you feel restless, flat or increasingly detached from the life you’re living.

You don’t need a crisis, a diagnosis or a neatly worded explanation. Noticing that something needs to change is a place to start.

THE WAY BACK

Less noise.
More of you.

We spend years learning what is expected of us. How to fit in. How to cope. How to keep going. Some of those ways of living were useful once. Some have become difficult to put down.

The Way Back is about getting underneath those layers. Listening for your own judgement. Noticing what matters, what drains you and what makes you feel alive.

You’re not trying to become who you used to be. You’re making room for who you are now, and choosing what you want to do with that.

WORK WITH ME

Space to understand.
Support to change.

I offer one-to-one coaching over a minimum of three months. Enough time to look beneath the immediate problem, notice what keeps repeating and put what you discover into practice.

We start with your actual life: the conversation you’re avoiding, the habit you keep returning to, the part of yourself you’ve stopped making room for. There is space to reflect, and an expectation that we’ll do something with what you see.

SIMON CORBY · COACH & ARTIST

Some things you learn
by living them.

Simon outdoors among trees.

I’m a coach, an artist and a father. Addiction, recovery and rebuilding are part of my life, alongside creativity and the ongoing business of being human.

My coaching brings together lived experience and training through Martha Beck’s Wayfinder work. I’m interested in the things we learn to ignore: our own values, our instincts, what our bodies are telling us, and the creative parts of life we stop making time for.

I’ll listen carefully. We’ll question the patterns and assumptions that no longer serve you, and look for changes you can make in everyday life. You can speak honestly here without having to arrive with it all worked out.

HOW WE BEGIN

A conversation.
Then a choice.

  1. 01

    Choose a time.

Book a free 20-minute conversation on Zoom. Calendly shows the available times in your time zone.

  2. 02

    Tell me where you are.

Bring one situation, a question or simply a sense that something needs to change. You choose what to share.

  3. 03

    Decide what comes next.

We’ll see whether working together makes sense. If it does, I’ll explain the coaching, practical arrangements and cost. You can take time to decide.

If a few notes would help, download a one-page reflection (PDF, 24 KB). Writing is optional. The page stays with you.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few things
you might wonder.

Do I need to know what I want to change?

No. You may have a specific problem, or only a sense that your life no longer fits. We can start there.

Do I need to be in recovery?

No. Recovery is part of my experience, not an entry requirement. The work can begin with relationships, work, identity, creativity or a change you find difficult to make.

How long would we work together?

I work with clients for a minimum of three months. We’ll discuss the shape of the work and the practical details before you make a commitment.

Is this therapy or addiction treatment?

No. This is coaching: reflection, decisions and practical action. It does not replace mental health care or addiction treatment.

What does it cost?

The first conversation is free, with no obligation to continue. If we’re a good fit, I’ll explain the coaching fee and terms before you decide.

A SMALL FIRST STEP

You don’t need
the perfect words.

Bring what’s on your mind. We’ll talk about where you are,
what you’d like to change and whether we could work well together.
